Starter houses are my absolute favourite builds in TS3. They’re challenging, especially on a 10×10 lot. But you can make them really comfortable and you don’t necessarily have to scrimp on the furniture. Just buying the bare necessities and CASing them makes the world of difference. And if you are only buying the bare necessities you can afford the more expensive ones so your little Sims will enjoy living in your beautiful creation.

I use absolutely no CC in my game, only EA stuff from the base game, expansion packs, stuff packs and store items. I fully play test them before I upload them.
