Apple know all about Customer Service

Last Monday Apple released slightly updated MacBook Pros, not much difference just a slightly faster processor and graphics card. I was a bit annoyed because I only bought mine a couple of weeks ago so I went into the Apple Store and asked them if they’d be willing to exchange it for one of the new ones. Which they did. No questions asked, no quibbling just a yes straight away. How’s that for Customer Service? A laptop that cost £1,849, swapped straight away. Will EA give me a refund because Hidden Springs is now useless to me? Of course not.
