My smallest starter so far, built on a 10×10 lot, the living space is 5×5! But this charming little elegant starter has everything your Sim needs – kitchen, double bed, bath and loo. So what if you have to wash your hands in the kitchen sink? There’s a lovely little eating area outside on the veranda and a quiet seating area to the side amongst the cherry and peach trees. And all yours for the bargain price of §16,000. If you need more space why not plonk it down on a bigger lot and build it up? That’s what Bluebell Flora is currently doing after having amassed a small fortune looting tombs in Shang Simla. As always, no 3rd party CC, fully play tested and all appliances upgraded to unbreakable.

Rustic Rural Ranch – a new residential build

This one is so comfy cosy I really wish I could jump into my game and live there 😀

The garden is full of perfect fruit, veg, herbs, beans and some other little perfect surprises…….

On the ground floor is a kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs is the bedroom and living area.

The Sims 3 and NVIDIA issue – celebrating a year of no fixes

This glitch is so damn annoying and it’s been around since Seasons came out. It affects all Mac users who have NVIDIA graphics in their Macs and only happens in Autumn/Fall and Winter. Spring and Summer are fine. Of course EA have chosen to ignore it. I started this thread pretty much as soon as Seasons was released. Sweet FA has happened. All EA ever do on the Mac forum is delete and move threads, god forbid they would actually try and help.
