If you’re having issues after installing Ambitions, Late Night, Fast Lane and/or Outdoor Living it’s because the installer has not added the relevant add-on pack shortcut to the Sims 3 Application folder. I’ve written a detailed guide here on how to fix this. It takes a while but is worth doing and you should be up and running with your game again 🙂
