Breezy Boudoir

After quite a traumatic experience for poor Bluebell Flora, I’ve just uploaded Breezy Boudoir to the Exchange. She was busy painting away when a little pop-up appeared telling her it was getting a bit dark. I had no idea what this meant until a bloody great big meteor landed on top of her.

So in true Sims style I deleted the lot and plonked down my backup from the Library so I could continue CASing and hanging paintings.

Hope you like it. It looks great on Alder Street if you place a 20×20 lot using the Edit in Town tool 🙂

Vintage Plonk Nectary for Hidden Springs

I built this Nectary for BlueBay Retreat but thought I would change it slightly for Hidden Springs by replacing the Cherry and Olive Trees with Firs so it blends into the surroundings a bit more. All the nectar making grapes are planted and there are two nectar machines and loads of nectar racks.

OSX Lion & The Sims 3 – incompatible graphics cards

Quick update to this ongoing problem. It’s looking like the NVIDIA GeForce 9400 and the NVIDIA GeForce 320M are the problem.

SimGuruHydra has commented on the thread over at TS3 letting us know they are aware of the problem (no comment…….).

In the meantime, if your Mac has one of these cards as the integrated card, and you have two graphics cards in the machine, try switching over to the dedicated card:

System Preferences > Energy Saver

Sorry to keep going on about this but I’m getting a lot of hits about it so hopefully people are aware of the specific problem and it will be resolved shortly.
